fast hair growth, and will improve our skin. Eating one
to two carrots per day is fine. However, to maximize the
benefit, it is better to drink carrot juice. Because, the
juice enters the blood stream immediately. Three to four
ounces of carrot juice per day is sufficent. If you do
not own a juicer, carrot juice can be bought at any
grocery store or health food store. Carrot is loaded with
Beta Carotene, and Vitamin A. Carrot also reduce the risk
of chronic diseases, such as cancer and heart disease.
Carrot has Alpha Carotene, which is more powerful than
Beta Carotene. Alpha Carotene aids the body to resist
infections.
Been consistent is the key here. If anyone should decided to do this, it is essential to drink 3-4 ounces of carrot juice daily. Results with growth and thickening of the hair, can typically be seen in one month of drinking carrot juice daily. Results will be shown sooner on the skin. Carrot is also good for vision.
