yeah stretching is a tricky thing for me. some times there is no way I can do it. Others I can go for nine or ten weeks! I CO washes myself and lots of deep
moisturizing treatments.

I am now going on 5 weeks post... So I have to step up my protein and make sure to keep my hair moisturized too... I will get my next touch-up July 11th, which
will be 7 weeks... I will then shoot for 8/9 weeks... So far things are going OK...
